It plays a vital role in accelerating the production rate by enabling increased rate of metal removal and by reducing or eliminating problems associated with severe and hazardous machine operation.
Application
Soluble Cutting is general-purpose, soluble type cutting oil for use with water of normal hardness. A dilution of 4% to 8% is suitable for the majority of application. It is advised to start with 4% and adjust as necessary. Concentration varies depending on the type of machining, hardness of water and required corrosion protection.
